I wrote this song as I began healing from an abusive relationship, jumping into new ventures, and finding my new life.
When we get into a comfort zone, it's easy to just stay there, even if it's not the best for us. Even if it's bad for us.
Sometimes life pushes you out of your 'comfort zone' so that you can find a new "Comfort Zone."
